Meet our team...

Ildiko Egresfalvi (Brand Innovation Manager)

I joined Jeyes in June 2011, having held brand-management roles at firms including Wella Professional and Sara Lee in my home country of Hungary, Spain and the UK.

As part of our new Brand Innovation team, I am responsible for identifying products that consumers want, working closely with our R&D and market research teams. A big part of my job is to understand people's attitudes towards cleaning and developing new product ideas to improve their lives.

It's a new team so everyone is learning from each other, and roles are being shaped all the time. It's really exciting to be involved with something totally new.

Luke Harding (International Commercial Director)

I have progressed through several account management, sales team management and project management positions at Jeyes before becoming International Commercial Director.

One of the best things about Jeyes, for me, has been the opportunities provided for my personal development. Recently this has included Jeyes supporting my studies to obtain my MBA.  My career at Jeyes has given me in-depth exposure and understanding of nearly every function within the business.

Michael Harris ( R&D Category Manager (Toilet Care))

Over my 19 years at Jeyes I've worked in the R&D teams for air care, cleaners and now toilet care.

I get involved with every stage of developing a product from the raw materials, the chemical formula, the delivery device, the best packaging and the manufacturing method. Then we have to test it in-use using our facility of 250 automatically flushing toilets - probably the biggest in the world.

We protect our innovation by filing patents so nobody can copy what we may have spent years developing.  We get our inspiration from all sources: consumers, retailers and even competitor products!

One great thing about Jeyes is that you never know what each new day will bring. Another is walking down a supermarket aisle and seeing a product based on one of your own ideas.

Tim Pugh (Group Demand Planning Manager )

I've been at Jeyes since September 2004 and have held several account management positions, latterly one of the top four Retailers.

I have recently moved in to the new role of Group Demand Planning Manager.

This new role brings me into contact with every function and discipline within the business, across all geographies. I don't think I could have got the same depth and breadth of learning anywhere else.

The pace at Jeyes is relentless, but I thrive on pressure, and I know I can count on the people around me.

Enric Vives (Business Process & IT Director)

I joined Jeyes in 2010, to lead our Integrated Business Process (IBP) project, which launched in April 2011. My main responsibility is helping Jeyes organise around key business processes, using cross-functional teams supported by IT.

The IBP project was the first time the company had used this type of team, and its success sowed the seed for my current role.

We identify the right IT and information systems to support our business. It's relatively easy to source an IT solution, but you need to be absolutely clear what the brief is. If a business is a human body, processes are its nervous system. When they work, you don't notice. But if they go wrong, you can get seriously ill. Suboptimal processes affect the health of the whole business.

Alexandra Woehrl (Head of Category, Jeyes Germany)

I joined Jeyes in October 2007. As a Product Manager I handle product development and brand positioning for Aromair and Bloo. We are like a bridge between the R&D, sales and innovation teams. We use market data and research to find out what customers in Central Europe want from our products and help colleagues to develop them.

My biggest challenge is creating products that will work across national boundaries, because tastes and priorities in Central Europe are different from the UK.  Also, most of our toilet cisterns are built into the wall, so in-cistern blocks are used less than in the UK.

The best thing about working at Jeyes is that it's never boring. Every day is different!

Jenna Belyea (Supply Chain Manager, Jeyes Inc. (USA))

I joined Jeyes as a Supply Chain Manager in 2006. I manage the relationship with our largest US customer, Bath and Body Works. We make most of their stock to order, and my role is to work with the customer's operations group and co-ordinate delivering their requirements with supply from our manufacturing plant in Monterrey, Mexico.

Over five years, I've learned a lot about the Bath and Body Works' business, which helps us present new solutions that meet their needs. For me, we are constantly being challenged in finding a solution to their production demands within our supplier base and our production resources. We work hard to deliver what they require and have found it is key to communicate when we can't.

It's really exciting for me to be part of a growing business, with a real sense of involvement and ownership. I feel like I've helped to build our relationship with our customers and made a contribution to our growth.
